This will be the ninth overall renewal of the program the district began 9 summers ago. This will be the third renewal of the original third phase of purchases. This lease includes the following items: 1000 laptops (Dell), a variety of operational support software, and assorted switches, cabling, and server hardware. A detailed listing of specific items are also included. The lease will be for three years and will be handled through our partners at Monroe 1 BOCES to maximize our state aid for the program. The terms and conditions are attached for your information as well. The total cost becomes aidable for the district on a year to year basis. The total cost for the purchase is $1,563,483.51. That cost will be divided over the 3 year term for $521,161.17 per year. The three year cycle for all hardware items will also help us pivot to any technological changes that come down the road.
