Brian Neenan, Superintendent From: Brian Freeman, Assistant Superintendent for Business Re: State Road Bid Acceptance-Capital Outlay Cc: Board of Education Date: 2/15/2024 Attached you will find the results of the 2023-24 Capital Outlay ($100,000 Project) for State Road Elementary. The bids were opened on February 15, 2024 at 10:00 am at the Buildings and Grounds Facility. The work to be performed is the replacement of the gutter system attached to the building and water mitigation efforts. There were no proposed alternates for any additional scope of work. After opening the bids the following contractor was deemed to be the lowest responsible bidder: RMG Custom Metal LLC 1369 Paul Road Churchville, NY 14428 Total Base Bid: $94,650 Proposed Alternates: N/A Total Contract: $94,650 Based on the recommendation of the project team, the contractor references, and the contractor’s previously completed projects, it is the recommendation of the business office to accept RMG Custom Metal LLC as the lowest responsible bidder for the base bid work. It is further recommended to have the Board of Education approve and award the contract at the March 12, 2024 meeting. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you
