§ 350-73 Chapter 350 Zoning

Dumping of waste materials.

Dumping of waste materials and other substances is absolutely prohibited in all districts except for the purpose of filling to establish grades, and then upon the approval of the Town Board in accordance with the provisions of the Town of Webster Dumping Ordinance.[1][1]Editor's Note: See Ch. 147, Landfilling.
