Dumpster or dumpster bag.

A dumpster or dumpster bag may be utilized for the following purposes and time limits:(1) When a building permit for renovation or construction has been issued, the dumpster or dumpster bag is used to dispose of construction materials or household goods. The dumpster or dumpster bag must be removed within 14 days of the issuance of the certificate of occupancy, certificate of compliance, or expiration of permit, whichever is soonest.(2) When interior or exterior renovations are taking place that do not require a building permit, a dumpster or dumpster bag may be used to dispose of construction materials or household goods for a period not to exceed seven days.B.

Location of dumpster or dumpster bag. Dumpsters or dumpster bags may be located in the side or rear yard. A dumpster or dumpster bag located in the front yard must be placed in the driveway 15 feet from any structure and outside of the right-of-way.C. The total number of dumpster or dumpster bags shall not exceed one per parcel at any one time.
