Chapter 350 Zoning
Legislative authority; title.
A. The Town Board of the Town of Webster, Monroe County, New York, acting under authority of the Town Law of the State of New York, hereby adopts and enacts this chapter as a comprehensive amendment of the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Webster, New York, adopted March 10, 1938, and all subsequent amendments thereto, which are hereby repealed.B. This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the "Webster Zoning Ordinance."
