§ 296-6 Chapter 296 Subdivision of Land

Temporary dedication for snow plowing.

The subdivider may apply to the Town Board for temporary dedication for snow plowing, provided that the binder course has been placed and approved by the Department of Public Works. Proper provision for roadway drainage shall be made. All grates and manhole covers shall be set to clear plow blades.
