Town Planning Board subdivision plat review authority.

[Amended 5-7-2004 by L.L. No. 1-2004]The Department of Public Works shall have the authority to review subdivision plats prior to the issuance of any building permits and, at its option, refer such plats to the Planning Board, in accordance with the provisions of § 276 of the New York State Town Law.
