§ 296-1 Chapter 296 Subdivision of Land

Applicability; effective date.

This chapter shall apply to all partially completed or new subdivisions. This chapter shall apply only to lands zoned for residential use within the Town of Webster outside the limits of the Village of Webster. This chapter shall be effective August 18, 1993.
