§ 292-6 Chapter 292 Streets and Sidewalks

Maintenance bond required upon extending subdivision.

Where a subdivision is extended by addition of a new section, the Town Highway Superintendent shall require the posting of a maintenance bond on the town streets or roads within the subdivision. Arrangements for said bond shall be a condition of the Planning Board approval for the new section.
