Collection schedule.

[Amended at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. I)]With the exception of commercial establishments and unless prior approval is granted by the Commissioner of Public Works or his/her division head, agent or designee, no collections shall be made on Sundays or holidays. Under no circumstances shall collections commence earlier than 6:00 a.m., and all collection work shall stop at 6:00 p.m.
