§ 277-8 Chapter 277 Snowmobiles

Required equipment.

No snowmobile shall be operated within the Town unless it is equipped, as specified in Article 25 of the Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation Law of the State of New York, with proper brakes, muffler, head and tail lights, and other items.
