§ 277-14 Chapter 277 Snowmobiles

[Amended 6-17-2010 by L.L. No. 5-2010]Enforcement of a violation of this chapter shall be initiated by appearance ticket. The following individuals are authorized to issue appearance tickets for the enforcement of this chapter: State Police Officer, County Sheriff or Deputy, Webster Town Police Officer, Town of Webster Code Enforcement Official, or by any other law enforcement officer or other person so designated by the Town Board of the Town of Webster.
