Definitions.

As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:SKATEBOARDA platform device which is constructed of wood, plastic, metal, fiberglass or other materials to which wheels are attached. For the purposes of this chapter, roller skates shall be excluded from the definition of a "skateboard."SKATEBOARD RAMPAny structure or improvement located on private property which is used for the purpose of riding or propelling a skateboard, motorcycles, motorized bicycles, trail bicycles or roller skates. This definition shall not include portable skateboard ramp units, commonly known as "quarter pipes," or any skateboard facility which is less than three feet in height.
