§ 27-2 Chapter 27 Code Enforcement Procedures

Purpose.

The purpose of this chapter is to promote and protect the public health, welfare and safety of the Town of Webster by providing a uniform means of enforcing the various codes, local laws, ordinances and regulations of the Town of Webster and of any other county or state codes, local laws, ordinances or regulations which may be enforced by Town officers in the Town of Webster.
