Cleanout repair or replacement.

[Amended at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. I)]If, in the judgment of the Commissioner of Public Works, and/or the Chief Plant Operator and/or Superintendent of Sewers, it is determined that a building lateral without a property line cleanout needs repair or replacement, the Town may instruct the property owner to install a cleanout at the property line, at the property owner's expense, such that the street lateral can be maintained independently of the building lateral.
