Sewage lifting.

In all buildings in which any building drain is too low to permit gravity flow to the public sewer, wastewater carried by such drain shall be lifted by mechanical means and discharged to the building lateral, on approval of the Commissioner of Public Works and/or Chief Plant Operator and/or Superintendent of Sewers.
