As-built drawings.

The location of all lateral connections shall be indicated on a drawing, and two copies of this drawing, showing the as-built location and elevations of these connections, shall be furnished to the Commissioner of Public Works and/or the Chief Plant Operator and/or Superintendent of Sewers as applicable. No sanitary sewer shall be accepted by the Town of Webster nor shall any sewage be discharged from them until four copies of this record drawing have been so filed and the Commissioner of Public Works and/or Chief Plant Operator and/or Superintendent of Sewers has approved the submitted drawings for the Town.
