Administration.

Except as otherwise provided herein, the Chief Plant Operator and/or Superintendent of Sewers of the Town of Webster, New York, or his/her duly authorized agent or representative, shall administer, implement, and enforce the provisions of this chapter. Any powers granted to or duties imposed upon the Chief Plant Operator and/or Superintendent of Sewers may be delegated by the Chief Plant Operator and/or Superintendent of Sewers to other Town of Webster Sewer Department personnel.
