Inspection of construction testing.

Construction and testing of new sewers which will become property of the Town of Webster's Town-wide Sewer District, direct connections to the Town-wide Sewer District sewers and work by contractors within easements shall be inspected by a designated representative of the Town of Webster Sewer Department or the Town of Webster Engineering Department. The cost of inspection and testing shall be borne by those who are relocating these sewers. Construction and testing of other new sewers within the Town shall be inspected by a designated representative of the Town. The contractor shall notify the Commissioner of Public Works and/or Chief Plant Operator and/or Superintendent of Sewers a minimum of 48 hours prior to performing construction and testing, so that necessary arrangements may be made for inspection.
