A. Cleanouts for low-pressure sewers shall be placed at intervals of approximately 400 to 500 feet, at major changes of direction, where one collection main joins another main and at the upstream end of each main branch.B. The design of the cleanouts shall be as approved by the Commissioner of Public Works and/or Chief Plant Operator and/or Superintendent of Sewers.
