§ 257-177 Chapter 257 Sewers

Impact fees.

The Webster Town Board shall have the authority to impose impact fees in addition to any other fees assessed on new development or rezoning, which development may:A. Cause enlargement of the service area of the POTW; orB. Cause increased hydraulic and/or treatment demands on the POTW.
