§ 257-175 Chapter 257 Sewers

Fees for services to other municipal entities.

The Town may contract with municipal entities to provide services to them such as flushing, televised inspection, and/or sealing of sewers, the operating of wastewater facilities, etc., both in and out of the Town. The Town Board shall establish the rates to be charged for these services.
