Effect on other laws and actions.

A. Proceedings under this chapter do not preclude enforcement of any ordinances, criminal statutes or laws of the State of New York by either the Town of Webster or the State of New York.B. An action or proceeding may be brought by the Chief Plant Operator and/or Superintendent of Sewers, Commissioner of Public Works and/or the Town Board in a court of competent jurisdiction to compel compliance with or restrain by injunction any violation of this chapter, notwithstanding the provisions of this article for penalty or other punishment.
