Revocation of license.

The Town Board may revoke any license issued under the authority of this article, provided that before such revocation a public hearing thereon has been held and the licensee has had an opportunity to be heard, and provided that the Town Board, before such revocation, shall make a determination that such licensee is undesirable or is incapable, except that a violation of this article shall be sufficient ground for the revocation of such license. The granting, refusal or revocation of such license by the Town Board shall be subject to judicial review.
