§ 239-5 Chapter 239 Plumbing

Proof of insurance.

[Amended 8-10-1978; at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. I)]All license applications shall be accompanied by proof of liability and workmen's compensation insurance with the Town of Webster named as additional insured and shall be filed with the Building Inspector before such license shall be issued as hereinbefore specified.
