License required.

[Amended 8-10-1978]No person, firm or corporation shall conduct the trade, business or calling of plumbing with the Town of Webster without first having obtained a license therefor issued by the Building Inspector of said town or otherwise than in accordance with the terms of said license and without having first obtained and filed with said Building Inspector a bond as hereinafter provided. Such license shall be issued in writing on blanks furnished for such purpose.
