§ 230-8 Chapter 230 Parks

A. Camping within parks is permitted only within designated areas and upon obtaining a permit.B. When camping sites are made available within a park, rules and regulations particular to each site shall be established by the Director. Nonobservance of such camping rules and regulations shall constitute a violation.
