Administration; jurisdiction.

A. The Parks and Recreation Department of the Town of Webster is charged with the administration of this chapter and the posting of signs designating parklands within the Town of Webster.B. The rules and regulations set forth herein shall apply to and be in effect in all parks under the control, supervision and jurisdiction of the Department of Recreation of the Town of Webster.
