Organization.

[Amended at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. I)]There shall be within the Department of Public Works the following divisions: Community Development, Engineering, Highway and Sewer, together with such other and further divisions as may from time to time hereafter be deemed necessary and established by the Town Board. Each of said divisions shall be supervised by an administrative officer who shall be a director of such division. Such director shall be appointed by the Town Board and have the powers and duties of the Commissioner of Public Works in his/her absence.
