§ 22-5 Chapter 22 Departments

Supervision and control of employees.

[Amended at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. I)]All employees of the Department of Parks and Recreation shall be under the general supervision and control of the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation and may be removed by him/her for cause in accordance with applicable procedures and regulations of the Civil Service Commission.
