§ 22-16 Chapter 22 Departments

Director; powers and duties.

A. The Cable Access Television Department shall be headed by a Director, to be appointed by the Town Board of the Town of Webster.

B. The Director shall be vested with the full authority, direction and control over the Department.

C. The Director shall exercise and perform such other powers and duties as are prescribed, from time to time, by the Town Board.
