§ 205-11 Chapter 205 Manufactured/Mobile Homes and Manufactured/Mobile Parks

A. Plumbing requirements. Each such mobile/manufactured home shall be provided with proper water connections to existing public water systems of the Town or of any district therein. No mobile/manufactured home shall be permitted in any part of the Town where fire hydrants are not available.B. Sewerage requirements. All sewage and other water-carried wastes shall be disposed of into a municipal sewerage system.
