§ 186-12 Chapter 186 Irondequoit Bay Harbor Management

Preexisting nonconformance.

[Amended at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. I)]

Any preexisting, nonconforming use of land or structure shall comply with Chapter 350, Zoning, Article IV, Docks, of this Code pertaining to such use of land or structure.
