Basis for establishing the areas of special flood hazard.

A. The areas of special flood hazard for the Town of Webster, Community Number 360436 are identified and defined on the following documents prepared by the Federal Emergency Management Agency:

(1) Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM) Panel Numbers: 36055C0094H, 36055C0113H, 36055C0114H, 36055C0118H, 36055C0119H, 36055C0206H, 36055C0207H, 36055C0208H, 36055C0209H, 36055C0226H, whose effective date is July 31, 2024, and any subsequent revisions to these map panels that do not affect areas under our community's jurisdiction.

(2) A scientific and engineering report entitled "Flood Insurance Study, Monroe County, New York, All Jurisdictions," dated July 31, 2024.

(3) Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM) Panel Numbers: 36055C0227G, 36055C0228G, 36055C0229G, 36055C0231G, 36055C0232G, 36055C0233G, 36055C0234G, whose effective date is August 28, 2008, and any subsequent revisions to these map panels that do not affect areas under our community's jurisdiction.

(4) A scientific and engineering report entitled "Flood Insurance Study, Monroe County, New York, All Jurisdictions" dated August 28, 2008.

(5) A Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) Case No.: 17-02-1830P, effective August 2, 2018, revising FIRM panels 36055C0233G and 36055C0234G, Flood Insurance Study Profile 87P, and Floodway Data Table 9.

(6) Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) Case No.: 24-02-0226P, effective May 28, 2026, revising FIRM panel 36055C0228G, Flood Insurance Study Profile 211P, Summary of Discharges Table 9, and Floodway Data Table 23.

B. The above documents are hereby adopted and declared to be a part of this chapter. The Flood Insurance Study and/or maps are on file at Town Hall, located at 1000 Ridge Road, Webster, NY 14580.
