§ 152-12 Chapter 152 Electrical Inspections

Annual fee.

[Amended at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. I)]

Any applicant deemed qualified as an approved electrical inspection organization shall pay a nonrefundable fee as set by the Town Board by resolution to the Town on an annual basis, commencing on January 1, 1986.
