Conflict with other provisions.

[Amended 12-5-2013 by L.L. No. 6-2013]The provisions of this chapter are determined to be consistent with the New York State Town Law. In regard to the training requirements set forth in the New York State Town Law, Article 16, specifically for members of the Zoning Board of Appeals as set forth in New York State Town Law, § 267, Subdivision 7-a, and any amendments from time to time thereof and for members of the Planning Board as set forth in New York State Town Law § 271, Subdivision 7-a, and any amendments from time to time thereof, the Town of Webster adopts the training and attendance requirements therein.
