Chapter 114 Bingo and Games of Chance
Licensing of organizations.
The provisions of Article 9-A of the General Municipal Law, and any amendments thereto, shall control the licensing of organizations and conduct of games of chance in the Town of Webster, and this chapter incorporates all of the provisions of said statue by reference as if set forth in full herein.
