§ 114-1 Chapter 114 Bingo and Games of Chance

Authorization to conduct games.

It shall be lawful for any authorized organization, upon obtaining a license as provided by Article 14-H of the General Municipal Law, to conduct the game of bingo within the territorial limits of the Town of Webster, subject to the provisions of this article, Article 14-H of the General Municipal Law and the Bingo Control Law (§ 430 et seq. of the Executive Law).
